We’re a small business that’s been having big problems. Between macs and pcs, wireless and ethernet, no one seemed to be able to get it all working seamlessly. Numerous phone calls and on site visits by AT&T, plus two independent technicians over 3 days couldn’t get our office running smoothly. It wasn’t until we found Yaron at Umbrella Tech Support that our problems were alleviated. He came in, assessed our issues, confirmed our intentions and got right to troubleshooting. He immediately discovered the root of our issue that no one else over weeks of effort had been able to pinpoint. We’re all set up now and had a few laughs along the way.
